Our Culture
The role of HR& Admin Department is to find,
support and retain employees so that they are
valued and recognized assets within SSC. The underpinning
of the HR & Admin strategy is a non-traditional
philosophy that 'flies in the face' of typical
HR& Admin perception and convention.
The HR & Admin strategy will be based on
the belief that the most important (and, arguably,
the only useful) HR& Admin matrix is People-
all other matrices are Marginal.
