Area Supervisor

Our SBU, the Industrial Catering, Facility Management Services and Accommodation Services based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, requiring enthusiastic professionals to strengthen their team to provide a world class service to their customers. The selected candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Profit Center Head – review operational profitability and look at ways to enhance the same in the region.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing in materializing business leads.
  • Coordinating with the division head for investments, upgrades and new investments in the region.
  • Participate is standards definition and ensure that the same are implemented.
  • Conduct client surveys.
  • Develop Human resources.
  • Checks profitability on a daily basis and highlights and recommends necessary steps to achieve budgeted costs and revenues.
  • Check the business potential in the area.
  • Coordinates with Sales and marketing to follow up on leads.
  • Prepares budgets and coordinates with the p
  • Project coordinator for investment and upgrades of locations.
  • Reviews and ensures environmental and legal Compliances with the locations.
  • Ensure accounts receivables on all cash clients is nil.
  • Does analysis and presents on a monthly budgeted deviation and reasons for the same.
  • Coordinates logistics for vehicle and material movements in the region.
  • Responsible for mobilizing and setting up all system with new project in the area.
  • Implements charge and improvements in all locations.
  • Liaises with administration to ensure employee vacation plans / legal requirements / appraisal reviews are in order for the region.
  • Develops and implements in coordination with the foreman/Senior Supervisors plans for improvements.
  • Coordinates the legal requirements / licenses / certification with administration for the area.
  • Safety and Security of all camps.
  • Cost Control and bottom line management for all locations.
  • Customer satisfaction in assigned area.
