Maintain all records
& reports pertaining to laundry
& janitorial services

Supervising &
scheduling of landscaping requirements

Ensures laundry operations
are executed to quality standards

Transferable to any
division & department of the company

Maintain records
of all assets of the camps & records
of any transfers
-
Arranging accommodation
requirements based on client expectation

Interacting with
clients for their requirements
-
Review & advices
on materials being used, recommends
changes, if necessary
-
Maintains inventories
of cleaning materials, linen & running
assets
-
Mobilizing teams
& supervising staff performance
directly reporting to the foreman
-
Ensuring budget costs
are not exceeded
-
Schedule regular
training schedules for staff
-
Assist in coordinating
mobilization & demobilization of
clients
-
Evaluating the performance
of subordinates identifying training
needs
