- Implementing JD Edwards ERP Inventory Mgmt
System in all stores.
- Inventory Planning and setting Re Order Quantity,
Safety Stock, Min / Max Stock.
- Planning and Forecasting Monthly, Quarterly
and Annual Material Requirements.
- Conduct item Price Analysis ,Category Analysis
and Supplier Frequency Analysis.
- Facilitate Implementation of Menu Based Material
Requirement Planning System.
- Utilizing yield factors to analyze EP Cost.
- Developing Specifications with Food Safety
and Food Quality Parameters.
- Recommending Substitute Products.
- Preparing Monthly Consumption reports.
- Codification of Food items considering brands,
packing size and units of measures.
- Classification ,Codification and Standardization
of Building materials.
- Doing Price Trend Analysis and reports for
price fluctuations and demand variations.
- Developing Seasonability information for all
food items.
- 7-10 years in Inventory Control Department
of a Catering / Hotel / Food Service / Supermarket
chain, Food Importers and Traders
