Maintenance Foreman
-
Our SBU, the Industrial
Catering, Facility Management Services and
Accommodation Services based in Al Khobar,
Saudi Arabia, requiring enthusiastic professionals
to strengthen their team to provide a world
class service to their customers. The selected
candidate will have the following duties and
responsibilities:

To supervise maintenance
of the camps
-
To control maintenance
cost
-
Prepare & implement
maintenance & preventive maintenance
schedules for the camps, focus on mechanical
assets
-
Plan requirements for
spares and maintain inventory for the
same
-
Ensure all maintenance
is done as per the plan & keep records
of the same
-
Cost control for maintenance
material and ensure that the same is minimized
-
Hands-on training of
subordinates in maintenance skills (multi-skill)
-
Monitor & improve
productivity of employees
-
Recommend replacement
of assets based on cost analysis of maintenance
-
Review spare parts
quality & brands with a view to minimize
maintenance cost
-
Follow & implement
all safety requirements
-
Budget/forecast maintenance
cost for maintaining camps & buildings
-
Fire safety skills
& knowledge
-
Team leader ability
to work with multi-cultural work force
-
Hands-on worker to
train through demonstration of high quality
skills
-
Maintenance of all
assets & camp appliance
