Reception Supervisor
Our SBU, the Industrial Catering, Facility Management
Services and Accommodation Services based in Al
Khobar, Saudi Arabia, requiring enthusiastic professionals
to strengthen their team to provide a world class
service to their customers. The selected candidate
will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- To coordinate on a daily basis for generating
accurate man days for each locations.
- To coordinate with clients for approval as
required on a daily or weekly basis.
- To check on the activities of the reception
and audit the records to ensure accuracy of
data.
- To help in the daily check ins of clients
when required.
- To check records being maintained and ensure
accurate records are maintained.
- To coordinate with the invoicing department
to ensure all data is delivered on a timely
basis.
- To coordinate with the collection department
for any dispute in payment collection due to
inaccurate records.
- To check on night audit activities and ensure
accurate data processing and records.
- To follow up on cash clients and ensure they
do not exceed the outstanding amount.
- To check validity of PO and ensure valid contracts
are available.
- To ensure security of clients belongings in
holding rooms or if any baggage is left over.
- To ensure all extra services are accurately
invoiced and cost and revenue records are maintained
accurately this includes telephone and internal
services. Cash sales of supermarket, etc.
- Training, scheduling and coaching all reception
staff to comply with company procedures.
- Verifying and updating time cards of employees.
- To check grooming of staff and ensure that
the receptionist are polite when dealing with
customers.
